The project includes the conversion of the open ditch asphalt road to a curb and gutter roadway with wider sidewalks to promote a pedestrian and bicycle friendly environment and rebuilding the drainage system to improve drainage conditions. Phase I of this project includes Bering Drive from Richmond to Val Verde Street.
