Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1 is developing a Strategic Plan that will serve as a guide for the types of capital improvements the zone and its partners promote or finance in upcoming years. Projects under consideration can range from sidewalk and roadway improvements to storm drainage or park enhancements — and more. The TIRZ wants your thoughts on issues and opportunities as well as projects that are underway and those to be undertaken in the future.
There are two opportunities to find out more information and provide input. The TIRZ has set up a special website for the Strategic Plan at www.EngageTIRZ1.com. Please stop by and offer your thoughts, particularly on needs that should be addressed as well as opportunities that should be considered.
