Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1 has completed a Strategic Plan that proposes a series of capital improvements that can improve quality of life in the area and spur private investment. Proposed improvements are intended to enhance the ability to move around the community, provide new (or improved) places to go, improve stormwater drainage, and improve the image of the area.
