TIRZ #1 was glad to see the demolition on March 18 of the eyesore that had become of the long-vacant Woodrow’s bar/restaurant at Chimney Rock and Fairdale. The property owner told KPRC Channel 2 that plans call for the construction there of Destination H, a restaurant and craft cocktails establishment that supports local growers and goods suppliers.
